Instructions for Online Registration -

The instructions for multiple entries for teacher's and studios was sent with your password emails.  This includes a way to bundle your entries for a single payment. 


Payment by PayPal



For the second year you will be able to pay your fees by credit card. You don't need a PayPal account. All fees must be paid online.

Waiver Forms for Teachers/Studios review. 

You must agree to this waiver, or you will not be able to enter. Thank you.  There will be a spot during the registration process before you pay to submit your agreement.

IMPORTANT:
This year all payments are by PayPal only. You don’t need to have a PayPal account as you can pay directly from your credit card.

Steps for Registration: All Participants

1. Complete entry
2. Click on PayPal Button
3. Once Payment is accepted you will get 2 emails. One from web@musicfestivalreg.com which confirms you are correctly in the database and payment has been recorded and your entry is active. The other is from PayPal and is your actual receipt for your payment. The CompID needs to be the same on both. If you don’t receive both of these emails there may be a problem with the entry. A printout of the online registration form is not proof of registration, it merely confirms the information is in the database, but not active until payment has been received by PayPal. 
    

** Extremely Important: Email Address* on the solo form and Email* on the ensemble form is where the confirmation is sent. It is important to ensure this is correct. If your email address is incorrect, contact NIFPA immediately to have it corrected.
