Each year, students are sent to Provincials where those chosen get to perform in a similar process, on a more advanced scale. Provincials will be held in Chilliwack for 2019.
There are 2 shows scheduled to wrap up festival.
The Festival Variety Showcase* (7:00 pm March 8th) and Dance Gala (7:00 pm March 9th) are familiar favorites. Friday night showcases a variety of all disciples chosen by the adjudicators for their achievement and entertainment value. The Dance Gala is specific to dance with performances selected by adjudicators also, creating a spectacular show for the public to observe. Tickets are $20 and are available at the Sid Williams Box office or online thru their website.
*The number of Encore Performances per discipline for the Festival Variety Showcase is determined by the percentage of registered entries in the current festival year. The board reserves the right to adjust these numbers due to availability of participants.
